This is a well run dental practice. My husband and I have been going here for dental care for about 12 years.Very friendly and proficient dentist and staff.
My recent visit was for a cleaning and check-up. Tara, the hygienist is very thorough. She explains what she is doing and any issues found and any actions I need to take to help improve teeth and gums. Dr. Collins checks and monitors for any issues and explains options for treatment when needed. When any procedure is needed, it is carried out with good results.
Fortunately, no need for any additional treatments this time.

I love everything about Dr Collins’ practice! I found this dental practice several years ago, worried I would not be able to duplicate my exceptional care when I moved here. The office is bright, convenient, super clean. Admin staff are friendly and always send clear reminders of appt times. I did not have to wait months for an appt when first scheduling. Dental assistants are friendly, super efficient and thorough. Dr Collins is always smiling and friendly and ON TIME and when I needed a root canal he referred me to a top notch endo dentist. The care is not cheap but in dentistry you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this practice!

I had a tooth issue the same day i was flying out, and they were able to fit me in right away. The dentist quickly took care of everything and even called in my prescription so i didn't have to wait. Office "fired" me a few days after I asked for time to talk to with my insurance company about a service that the dentist billed me for six months after it was provided saying they were auditing old claims and this was now due. They said I would have time to talk with insurance, then immediately sent a "dismissal" letter. I feel that their billing department is to say the least not customer oriented. If you are expecting a claim to be covered by your insurance, get it in writing before they do anything at this office.

D.M.D, Collins never checked the work of hygienist.
The process of making new crown or replacing an old crown is making impression then sending the impression to the lab to make new crown. Then the dentist install the new crown. This is a typical procedure.
But dentist Collins wanted me to pay him $220 for a temporary crown in additional to above procedures.
When I asked him why a temporary crown. His answer was it is my method.

Yesterday I lost the crown on my front ltooth leaving an ugly gap. Dr.Collins’receptionist gave me an appointmentll immediately. Dr. Collins replaced my crown with a temporary, which he built right there, giving me a gap free smile for the week until my next tv appointment when he be will replace the temporary with a permanent crown

With all the five-star reviews, I doubted mine would even make a difference.

I had to have an extraction. Not one of the top ten things to do on a Wednesday. However, as usual, staff and Dr. Geoff, saw me on time and the tooth was gone, and I was on my way in less than thirty minutes.

All the equipment is state of the art, in fact the chair is the Lexus of chairs.

I recently moved to Vero and had to reestablish with a new dental office. I am not comfortable with the chain dental offices as they seem to push unneeded products and services.
I called Dr Collins office and was able to get an appointment quickly.
The office staff is very polite and engaging. I was actually seen 5 minutes early. They have all the modern equipment and use current safety protocol.
If you are new or looking to change dentists, I highly recommend Dr Collins.

Two times i had emergencies and Dr Collins and his crew saved me. I even had a front tooth break off and had no smile dor a long time. They gave me my smile back. That in itself is a huge blessing. The staff is amazing and were very gentle when it came to the work. I was very relaxed and at ease. They are amazing and i would recommend them 10 out of 10 every time! I had lost a filling the night before and didn’t sleep well due to its sharpness in my tongue. I called my dentist and got no answer. I called three other dentists and couldn’t get in for a week. Another office said that dr Collins was taking care of their patients while they were on vacation. I called him and 30 minutes later I was in his chair. Everyone was nice and seemed to care! Especially Geoff! The whole experience was refreshing! Thanks again! I think I have a new dentist!

My first visit with this team was today. Great team. I was greeted pleasantly and treated very well throughout the new patient checkin process at the front desk. My hygienist was prompt and super nice. I was given very personable service. She was quite gentle, yet thorough with the exam, cleaning and polishing. She explained what she was doing each step of the way. Dr. Collins was very nice, examined me as well, and made several worthy suggestions for my dental care. Even though I need a follow up, which I expected, he made it clear the reason and what to expect. I look forward to continuing my dental care with them for many years! Thanks to all!

Called my insurance for doctors in my plan and Dr Collins was one. Get to my appointment and he wasn't. 🙁 Since I was having a major problem I decided to pay for treatment and hopefully insurance will pay me back most of it.
The office is great looking, clean and the employees were wonderful! Dr. Collins let me know what was going on and how much it would cost. I was happy to pay him and start the healing process in my mouth.
Everyone was very nice and professional! I so wanted to give him a big hug, but that is not allowed right now with covid. I wish he was covered by my insurance because I would be back in a heartbeat!

Always a very pleasant and efficient experience. I never have to wait and they always get me in and out quickly. Today, for example, I went in for small filling that did not require numbing. My appointment was at 1pm. I walked in the door at 12:55 and was back in my car driving home at 1:17. I will continue to go there despite the fact that they do not accept my current insurance. Great dentist and staff.

Dr Collins was the ONLY dentist to agree (having sought several) that my increasingly sinus issues were associated with a previous 14 year old root canal. My ENT and my Endodontist worked w/me after years of treatments that failed to alleviate the issue. Each, finally agreed that it was indeed dental related as was my theory originally. Since the teeth were finally extracted a year ago, replaced with a permanent bridge, no further frequent infections and/or discomfort that required frequent antibiotics has occurred! A huge relief in my life!!! Thank goodness that SOME Dr's still listen to their patients and act accordingly as their partners which I was fortunate to have. I had exhausted all avenues, at unnecessary expense, for numerous years!

We all know our own bodies far better than anyone else. Persistence does pay off when you are your own advocate and have the right team in place. Dr Collins IS that team leader/player as is his staff who are skilled, knowledgeable and highly professional. Very helpful suggestions to minimize sensitivity and maintain my dental health which I completely believe is a direct reflection to our overall internal well being. 😁👍

Dr. Collins and his team are absolutely the best in Vero! The office is immaculate. From the moment you step into the reception area, and until you leave, you feel like you're part of the family.
